History of fire agate

Fire agate can be found in many countries, including Africa, Brazil, the Czech Republic, Iceland, India, Mexico and the USA.

It was formed millions of years ago, and although it can be found in many countries, it is still considered to be a rare crystal.

It was created as a result of volcanic activity and is coloured by the inclusion of iron oxide.

Care for your fire agate

It’s best to keep your fire agate out of the direct sunlight, and away from moisture.

Crystals need to be kept clean and energised to enable them to work.

Make sure you dust your tower on a regular basis.

If the house is placed in such a way that it can’t see the moon, put it on a windowsill at full moon.

This will re-energise the crystal properties of the crystal.
